Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Add the cubed tuna and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Divide the cooked rice into two bowls. Top with marinated tuna, avocado, edamame, cucumber, radishes, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowls and serve immediately.
