Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Add the cubed tuna and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Divide the cooked rice into two bowls. Top with marinated tuna, avocado, edamame, cucumber, radishes, and green onions.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the bowls and serve immediately.
