Ingredients

  • 4 fresh tuna steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the tuna steaks.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Divide the shredded cabbage among the tortillas. Top with sliced avocado and a piece of cooked tuna.
  5. Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side.
