Tuna Tacos (Atún Tacos)

Ingredients
- 4 fresh tuna steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the tuna steaks.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Divide the shredded cabbage among the tortillas. Top with sliced avocado and a piece of cooked tuna.
- Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side.
