Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups tundra berries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse together the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cubed butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Press the dough into a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. In a bowl, mix the tundra berries, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour the mixture into the chilled tart crust.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  6. Let the tart cool before serving.
