Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

- 2 cups tundra berries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse together the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cubed butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the dough into a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the tundra berries, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour the mixture into the chilled tart crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
- Let the tart cool before serving.
