Ingredients
- 1 cup fermented soybeans (tungrymbai)
- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced potatoes and stir-fry until they are golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the fermented soybeans and green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Return the stir-fried potatoes to the pan and toss everything together.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
