Turkish Coffee Chocolate Cake (Türk Kahvesi Çikolata Pastası)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cooled Turkish coffee, buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
