Turkish Coffee Tiramisu (Türk Kahvesi Tiramisu)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong Turkish coffee, cooled
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the cooled Turkish coffee and arrange a layer of dipped cookies in the bottom of a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of cookies.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies and mascarpone mixture.
  7. Sift the cocoa powder over the top layer of the tiramisu.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
