Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 lb cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped Turkish delight

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Gently fold in the chopped Turkish delight.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
