Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 4 metal or wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, yogurt, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the meat cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers, distributing evenly.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
