Turkish Köfte Kebabs (Turski Köfte Kebabi)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like shape around a skewer.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
