Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup rice

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rice, ground lamb or beef, onion, tomatoes, parsley, dill, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Stuff the peppers with the rice and meat mixture, and place them in a deep pot.
- Pour the broth over the stuffed peppers and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the Turkmenistan Dolma hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
