Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 flatbreads or lavash
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Warm the flatbreads or lavash on a stovetop or grill for a few seconds on each side.
- Assemble the wraps by placing the grilled lamb, sliced tomato, cucumber, and chopped parsley on the flatbreads. Optionally, add a dollop of plain yogurt.
- Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
