Ingredients

  • 4 flatbreads or lavash
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cubed lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Warm the flatbreads or lavash on a stovetop or grill for a few seconds on each side.
  4. Assemble the wraps by placing the grilled lamb, sliced tomato, cucumber, and chopped parsley on the flatbreads. Optionally, add a dollop of plain yogurt.
  5. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
