Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of flatbread or pizza dough

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, tomatoes, parsley, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions.
  3. Roll out the flatbread or pizza dough into thin rounds.
  4. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough rounds.
  5. Cook the lahmacun on a hot griddle or skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until the dough is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
