Ingredients
- 8 oz. (225g) pasta
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a food processor, combine the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan. Pulse until finely chopped.
- With the food processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
