Ingredients
- 8 oz Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
- 12 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
