Tuxedo Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the sour cream.
- Divide the batter in half. Stir the melted semisweet chocolate into one half and the melted white chocolate into the other half.
- Pour the semisweet chocolate batter over the crust. Carefully spoon the white chocolate batter over the semisweet chocolate layer.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
