Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the sour cream.
  4. Divide the batter in half. Stir the melted semisweet chocolate into one half and the melted white chocolate into the other half.
  5. Pour the semisweet chocolate batter over the crust. Carefully spoon the white chocolate batter over the semisweet chocolate layer.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
