Tyrokafteri is a delicious Greek-style baked feta and tomato dip that is perfect for serving as an appetizer or part of a meze spread. This creamy and tangy dip is packed with flavor and is sure to be a hit at any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the block of feta in a small baking dish.
- Spread the diced tomatoes around the feta in the dish.
