Tyrokafteri (greek-style Baked Feta And Tomato Dip)

Ingredients

  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the block of feta in a small baking dish.
  3. Spread the diced tomatoes around the feta in the dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
