Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, mint, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
