  • Lobster tails - 4, split in half
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
