Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, julienned
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
