Udmurt Cabbage and Mushroom Stir-Fry (Капуста с грибами)

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  5. Season the stir-fry with paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
