Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 300g Udmurt sausage, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the Udmurt sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
