Udmurt Cabbage and Sausage Stir-Fry (Капуста с колбасой)

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 300g Udmurt sausage, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the Udmurt sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for about 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
