Udmurt Chicken and Mushroom Stir-Fry (Курица с грибами)
This Udmurt Chicken and Mushroom Stir-Fry is a delicious and comforting dish that is quick and easy to prepare. The combination of tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and flavorful seasonings makes it a perfect weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the onions and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
