Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy.
- Heat the honey and butter in a saucepan until melted.
- Add the honey mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Add the baking soda and flour, mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a thin circle.
- Bake each layer for 5-7 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown.
- Let the layers cool completely.
- Spread sour cream between each layer and on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
