Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy.
  2. Heat the honey and butter in a saucepan until melted.
  3. Add the honey mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Add the baking soda and flour, mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll each into a thin circle.
