Ingredients
- 500g potatoes, boiled and diced
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

- Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
