Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked uga (coconut crab meat)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the uga, cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
