Ingredients
- 4 seal flippers
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Place the seal flippers in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- Remove the seal flippers from the pot and shred the meat, discarding any bones or cartilage.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, chopped tomatoes, and sliced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the shredded seal meat to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
