Ingredients
- 2 cups maize flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers, sliced

- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the maize flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Cook the mixture over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pot to form a stiff dough.
- Remove the ugali from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

- Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and spread the cooked ugali evenly to form the pizza crust.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the ugali crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
- Top the pizza with sliced green bell peppers, red onions, black olives, and mushrooms.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
