Ingredients

  • 8 pork sausages
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of black pudding
  • 4 slices of white soda bread
  • 2 tomatoes, halved
  • Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, and black pudding on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. While the meats are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a knob of butter.
  4. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking.
  5. In another pan, sauté the mushrooms with a little butter until golden.
  6. Toast the soda bread slices.
  7. Once everything is cooked, assemble the Ulster Fry-up on plates, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
