Ulster Fry-up

Ingredients
- 8 pork sausages
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of black pudding
- 4 slices of white soda bread
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- Mushrooms
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, and black pudding on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- While the meats are cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a knob of butter.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your liking.
- In another pan, sauté the mushrooms with a little butter until golden.
- Toast the soda bread slices.
- Once everything is cooked, assemble the Ulster Fry-up on plates, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
