Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh octopus, cleaned and tenderized
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Thread the octopus onto the soaked skewers, then brush the marinade over the octopus.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
