Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups fish or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Add the tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and broth, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the fish fillets and simmer for 10 minutes.
