Umu Umu Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, snap peas, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and coated in the sauce.
