Umu Umu Squid Ink Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 pound squid ink pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup seafood broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the squid ink pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
