Ingredients
- 2 green mangoes, peeled and julienned
- 3 red chilies, thinly sliced

- 2 kaffir lime leaves, finely shredded
- 1 lemongrass stalk, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green mango, red chilies, grated coconut, shallots, salt, and palm sugar.
- Add the kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass, and toss to combine.
- Heat a small pan over medium heat and toast the coconut until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the toasted coconut over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve the spicy green mango salad immediately.
