Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 thin pizza crusts
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley, mint, tomato paste, and olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the meat mixture evenly over the pizza crusts.
- Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the topping is cooked through.
