Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 thin pizza crusts

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, tomatoes, red bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Stir in the paprika, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley, mint, tomato paste, and olive oil.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the meat mixture evenly over the pizza crusts.
  7. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the topping is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
