Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced

- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Instructions
