Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup white vinegar

Instructions

- Pour the marinade over the browned chicken, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the bay leaf and serve the chicken escabeche warm, with the vegetables and marinade spooned over the top.
