Ingredients
- 500g Usk Valley venison sausage meat
- 320g ready-rolled puff pastry

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal rectangles.
- Divide the venison sausage meat into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a sausage shape.
