Ingredients

  • 2 cups bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the sliced bamboo shoots in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled bamboo shoots, chopped onion, green chilies, tomato, and coriander leaves.
