Ingredients
- 2 cups bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
Instructions
- Boil the sliced bamboo shoots in water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled bamboo shoots, chopped onion, green chilies, tomato, and coriander leaves.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, and mustard oil to the bowl and mix well.
