Ingredients
- 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the sliced bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
- Stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
