Ingredients

  • 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add the sliced bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
