Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the cubed tofu and sliced bamboo shoots to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned.
- Season with turmeric and salt, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
