Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 1 cup dried apples
- 1 cup dried pears
- 1 cup dried plums
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the dried fruits and cinnamon stick to the pot.
- Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 1 hour.
- Stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Strain the uzvar and discard the fruits and cinnamon stick.
- Chill the uzvar in the refrigerator before serving.
