Vada Pav Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 pav buns
  • 4 potato vadas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the pav buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each pav bun half.
  4. Place a potato vada on top of the sauce on each bun half.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the vadas.
  6. Top with sliced onions and tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt over the toppings.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
