Ingredients

Instructions

  5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Pipe small circles onto the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Let the piped macarons sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to form a skin.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through baking. Let the macarons cool completely on the baking sheets.
  8. Once cooled, pair up the macarons by size and sandwich them together with your choice of filling.
