Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup coconut milk

- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, curry powder, coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
