Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds and pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and ghee to form a smooth batter.
- Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and pour a ladleful of batter in the center to form a ring. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate pan, heat milk and sugar, and simmer until it thickens. Add cardamom powder for flavor.
- Place the fried ghevar in a serving dish and pour the thickened milk over it.
- Garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.
