Ingredients

Instructions
- Roast the tomatoes, garlic, and green chilies on an open flame until the skin is charred.
- Peel the charred skin off the tomatoes and garlic.
- Mash the roasted tomatoes, garlic, and green chilies together in a bowl.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.
- Add the mashed tomato mixture to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
