Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vatapá, coconut milk, dendê oil, onion, garlic, peanuts, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
