Vegan Bbq Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  6. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
