Vegan Bbq Cauliflower Wings
These Vegan BBQ Cauliflower Wings are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional chicken wings. They are perfect for a game day snack or as a tasty appetizer for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in BBQ sauce until fully coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
