Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy to make the cashew cheese.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce over the pre-made pizza crust.
  4. Evenly spread the cashew cheese over the marinara sauce.
  5. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and black olives.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are bubbly.
