Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ground flaxseed, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
