Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ground flaxseed, soy sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
